🪡 Delivery of Digital Files

Our goal is to get your designs into your hands (and hoops!) as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s what to expect:

Instant Delivery

Download links for your purchased digital goods (compressed into .ZIP format) should appear immediately upon approved checkout. You’ll also receive an email with the same links for easy access.

💡 Tip: Create an account before purchasing so you can log in and re-download files anytime.

Security Holds

In rare cases, orders from regions or networks with high rates of digital fraud may trigger a temporary verification hold before delivery. This is an automated security measure to protect both you and us. If you experience a delay, please contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Download Limits & Access

  • Each file may be downloaded up to five (5) times per account.

  • Excessive download attempts or repeated downloads from multiple IP addresses may automatically trigger a security hold.

  • If this occurs, simply reach out — we’re happy to assist and ensure you receive your files.

Troubleshooting

Download issues are sometimes caused by browser settings, operating systems, or firewalls. If standard troubleshooting doesn’t solve the problem, we can:

  • Email the files directly.

  • Provide a temporary shared download link.

We’re here to make sure you get your files, one way or another.

 


 

📬 Shipping of Physical Merchandise

While most of our products are digital, we occasionally offer physical goods such as merchandise, kits, or printed materials. Here’s what you need to know:

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days of payment approval.

  • If an item requires additional processing time, the product page will note this clearly before purchase.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. If you need an item by a specific date (for an event, gift, or launch), please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated and added to your total during checkout.

  • If free shipping is offered, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges – Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for original delivery are non-refundable.

  • If an item arrives defective, we may provide a prepaid return label upon request.

  • Shipping costs for voluntary exchanges (e.g., size or preference changes) are the customer’s responsibility.

💡 If the return value exceeds $250, we strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked or uninsured items.

Delivery & Theft Policy

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Once a package is scanned as delivered to the address provided, it is considered fulfilled.

  • Missing packages in this scenario are typically considered home or office theft and should be reported to local authorities.
