🪡 Digital Goods – Final Sale
All digital goods — including embroidery files, artwork, design bundles, and downloadable resources — are non-refundable and final sale once downloaded.
Please carefully review product descriptions, format compatibility, and our Terms of Use before purchasing any digital items. Because digital products are intangible and automatically delivered, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for these items.
If you encounter a technical issue (such as a corrupt or incomplete file), please contact us — we will work with you to resolve the problem and ensure you receive a functioning file.
📬 Physical Merchandise – Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. While we do not offer refunds on physical merchandise, we will accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with all parts included.

Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm approval or rejection of the exchange.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect:

Items classified as intimate, sanitary, hazardous, or liquid

Clearance, closeout, or final sale items
🎁 Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient may request a gift credit for the value of the returned merchandise.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the original purchaser may receive notifications of the exchange during processing.
📦 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

If the product is defective, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label upon request (standard ground shipping only).

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with voluntary exchanges (e.g., size, preference, or change-of-mind).

📦 Tip: If the item’s value exceeds $50, we strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping. We cannot guarantee receipt of items that are not trackable.
📍 Delivery Responsibility & Porch Theft

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

We are not responsible for packages that go missing after confirmed delivery. These incidents are typically considered theft and should be reported to local authorities.

For additional delivery security, we recommend selecting “Signature Confirmation” at checkout (additional cost).
